"Under knowledge, is questioning"
Sculpture encourages me to think, to reflect, to feel, to seek, to question myself and to bear witness.
Like a postwoman in the old and proper sense of one who does, I try through my sculptures to deliver
a “messenger body” in which the unimaginable and complex discussion takes shape between the intangible inner life and the visible part that is in everyone.
Factor of what lives in me, with each of my pieces I deliver an interrogation, a reflection, an experience passing from one side of the mirror to the other where the reverse of common sense is sometimes found.
I try to tell the unspeakable and reveal it in volume, I become a postwoman of messages; my way of entering into conversation with whoever is willing.
If my experience is individual, I approach with my creative approach the uncertainties that every human being can be confronted with.
I have exhibited my works since 2012 between Marseille and Paris.
Each work is an original piece.
I offer reproductions of some of my works in bronze or resin prints, from small to monumental sizes (on estimate).
I work on order, on a free subject or on a theme.
I can also make a work related to the themes of the works that I present.
In 2017, thanks to the meeting with the painter Béatrice Camallonga, I discovered and recognized myself in the Fusionist movement, created in Fontainebleau in the 90s by the artist Patman. Fusionism allows to revisit styles, techniques, cultures that the artist can freely shape without limits. The movement is thus enriched by the inspirations of each: Calligraphy, Expressionism, Symbolism, Abstract, Figurative, or even Surrealism.
On the occasion of my internal journeys or escapades at the end of the garden or elsewhere, I adopt the practice of the “travel diary”.
This form of literary and graphic adventure enriches my creativity.
My approach today tends to associate these mediums.
I live and work in Saint-Izaire (12480 Aveyron) surrounded by nature in a bright, calm and authentic setting.
My workshop offers Modeling courses and introductory travel diary courses open to children, adolescents and adults.
Since 2014, I have been creating and leading artistic and educational workshop projects in extracurricular, school and institutional settings.
As part of continuing education, I am pursuing a training course in Art therapy within the ARTEC training center (Academy for Research in Body Educational Techniques) 94200 Ivry-sur-seyne / Paris.
